Botania is an interactive plant-care application designed to encourage undergraduate college students to have a real plant instead of an artificial plant, combining digital journals with a rewarding gamification system by breaking down the process of plant care into a smaller tasks and collecting point to level up and exchange for rewards, which help makes plant care feel more manageable and enjoyable. The app also helps bring the benefits of indoor foliage to students that are academically busy because plants can help reduce stress, help with mental fatigue which will help improve student physical and psychological well being.
Botania เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัยหันมาปลูกต้นไม้จริงแทนต้นไม้ประดิษฐ์ โดยตัวแอปจะช่วยแบ่งขั้นตอนการดูแลต้นไม้ออกเป็นภารกิจย่อย ๆ ในแต่ละวัน เมื่อทำภารกิจสำเร็จผู้ใช้จะได้รับแต้มสะสมเพื่อเลื่อนระดับและนำไปแลกรับของรางวัล ซึ่งช่วยให้การดูแลต้นไม้กลายเป็นเรื่องง่ายและสนุกยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งยังทำให้นักศึกษาได้รับประโยชน์จากพื้นที่สีเขียว เช่น ช่วยลดความเครียด ช่วยฟอกอากาศ และเพิ่มความมีชีวิตชีวาให้กับที่อยู่อาศัย ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้มีสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตที่ดีขึ้น
