About
“Little Whisker” is an educational thesis project created to teach children about pet care, empathy, and responsibility through storytelling. The project consists of three illustrated children’s books: Mint and Mittens, Tanwa and Snow, and Kin and Din. Each story presents a different way children encounter a pet and learn the responsibilities that come with caring for them. Mint impulsively takes home a stray cat after wanting a new toy, Tanwa discovers a wounded rabbit in his mother’s garden, and Kin receives a dog as a birthday gift. Through these experiences, the children gradually learn empathy, patience, and responsible pet care.
“Little Whisker” คือชุดนิทานภาพสำหรับเด็ก ออกแบบมาเพื่อสื่อการและฝึกการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กที่มุ่งสอน เรื่องการดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยง ความรับผิดชอบ และการมีความเห็นอกเห็นใจต่อผู้อื่น ผ่านการเล่าเรื่องที่เข้าใจง่ายและเหมาะกับเด็ก ชุดนิทานภาพประกอบด้วยนิทานภาพ 3 เรื่อง ได้แก่ มินท์กับมิตเทนส์ ธันวากับสโนว์ และ คินกับดิน ซึ่งเล่าเรื่องราวของเด็กแต่ละคน ที่ได้พบกับสัตว์เลี้ยงในสถานการณ์ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการพาแมวจรกลับบ้านเพราะต้องการของเล่นใหม่ การพบกระต่ายน้อยที่บาดเจ็บในสวนของคุณแม่ หรือการได้รับสุนัขเป็นของขวัญวันเกิด จากประสบการณ์เหล่านี้ เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ความอดทน และการดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ
