About
RE+ERA examines the impact of global influences on the Thai lifestyle through architecture. Through this, Thailand has lost aspects of multigenerational living, which mainly impacts Thai citizens' lifestyle. This, in turn, leads to a growth in solo living, which increases feelings of isolation and lowers the quality of living. Thus, this project aims to assist in visualising the gradual changes in architecture that have affected Thai lifestyle through a projection mapping exhibition and reintroduce the traditional Thai architectural and cultural philosophies through a modern lens.
RE+ERA เป็นโปรเจกต์ศึกษาผลกระทบของอิทธิพลจากนานาชาติที่มีต่อวิถีชีวิตของคนไทยผ่านสถาปัตยกรรม อิทธิพลเหล่านั้นได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อวิถีชีวิตของคนไทยในแง่มุมของการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิถีการอยู่อาศัยแบบครอบครัวหลายช่วงวัยและนำไปสู่การเพิ่มขึ้นของการอยู่อาศัยเพียงลำพัง อันก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ลดต่ำลง โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการออกแบบให้เห็นภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสถาปัตยกรรมที่ค่อยๆ ส่งผลกระทบต่อวิถีชีวิตของคนไทยผ่านนิทรรศการในรูปแบบ Projection Mapping และแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นไปได้ของการผสมผสานปรัชญาสถาปัตยกรรมและวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมของไทย และนำกลับมากเสนออีกครั้งผ่านมุมมองร่วมสมัย
